We want you to create your digital marketing and sales strategy during the Academy and then immediately start implementing it. Since all participants work together very intensively over 10 weeks, the Academy team should be an optimal fit. For this, we need to understand your expectations, background and role. We will provide information about the costs in the introductory meeting.

This is how the Growth Academy is structured

In 5 one-day sessions, we work on your growth strategy, in a small circle with a maximum of 8 participants in the BEE.Hive in the Mühle Tiefenbrunnen, Zurich. The result: Each participant has their own personal game plan at hand, can immediately go into the implementation of the Marketing & Sales campaigns and get the maximum performance out of it. 


Step 1: Preparation

After receiving your application, we will put together the Academy team. You will receive the exact Academy dates, all learning content and a sheet for preparation. Above all, it is about defining your expectations, challenges and goals.

Step 2: Work sessions

In 5 one-day work sessions, we go through all the learning content. Each topic is presented and explained using a real case. Afterwards, we immediately start the implementation and adaptation to your own case, always with a BEE coach at your side.


Step 3: Homework & Coaching

More complex topics require a little more time to work them out on your case and gather all the information from your company. After each work session you will receive your homework – template-based to work efficiently. The BEE coaches will help you with this in 1:1s.

Step 4: Finalisation of game plan & certification

After the 5 work sessions and the implementation of your homework, all components for your digital marketing and sales strategy are complete - summarised in your personal game plan. This includes all tasks, measures, campaigns and analyses, and defined result controls, some of which are already set up during the Academy. You receive a certificate for active participation in the Academy.


Step 5: Implementation strategy & campaigns

Now we can go to the implementation. Our goal: quick wins! You are now Growth Expert and can implement a large part yourself. Good luck!
